SGMP Selects sites for 2008 and 2009 Annual Education Conference

ALEXANDRIA, VIRGINIA - February 7, 2006 - The Society of Government Meeting Professionals (SGMP) has made final selections on the cities and host hotels for the 2008 and 2009 Annual Education Conferences.

The 2008 (SGMP) Annual Education Conference will be held June 7-15, 2008 in the city of Dallas, Texas. The conference headquarter hotel will be the Hilton Anatole Hotel.

The 2009 (SGMP) Annual Education Conference will be held May 9-17, 2009 in the city of Louisville, Kentucky. The conference headquarter hotel will be the Galt House.

As previously announced, the 2006 SGMP Annual Education Conference will be held at the Hyatt Denver Convention Center Hotel, Denver, Colorado, May 24-28, 2006. The 2007 SGMP Annual Education Conference will be held at the Sheraton Atlantic City Convention Center Hotel, Atlantic City, New Jersey.
